Is messaging volume capped?+
Each plan has a soft monthly volume; overages are billed transparently. Most operators stay well within plan as audiences sharpen and sends become smaller and more targeted.
Do you charge per location?+
No. Pricing scales with message volume, not store count. Multi-location features are included from the Growth plan up.
Are carrier fees included?+
Carrier pass-through fees vary by region and message type and are billed at cost. We're explicit about them on invoices.
What does onboarding cost?+
Standard onboarding is included. Custom data work, migration from legacy platforms, and integration scoping for Enterprise are quoted separately.
